I have this old cabinet in the rickity old garage of my 1926 2 story brick house. The kitchen had been remodeled, probably around 1970 I would guess. I want to redo the kitchen with something that looks more period correct. I'm wondering if this old cabinet could have part of the original kitchen.
Although simple in style, it's very well built. It doesn't have a back, like a built-in rather than a stand alone cabinet.
Any thoughts?

Could this be out of my original kitchen?

Typical 1920's kitchen built-in cabinet. This should give you a good idea of the details of your original kitchen. Lucky find!
