blue prints, floor plans for bungalows

Does anyone have any recommendations for architects in the Philadelphia area? I have gotten estimates from two but I find them to be high. We are looking to do a one story addition which includes enlarging the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both estimates are around 15-20% of the constructions costs, which is about 8-15k. Do these estimates sound fair? They dont include any of the additinal fees like printing, paper, postage, calls, faxes, etc..
Thanks for your help.
Those fees sound a bit high, at least compared to Madison, WI. The architect for the house I built charged $12.5K for the whole 2600 sq. ft. house, and that included all the working prints and color consultation on the exterior. I've heard figures in the 5-7% range for houses. Perhaps rates for an addition are higher.
