Stickley style baby crib

Well, the time has come to decorate one of the rooms in our tiny little bungalow as a nursery. I've started shopping for furniture and have no problem picking out the new rocking chair, dresser and other items from some of the local antique shops that sell A&C furniture. The crib on the other hand has been a real challenge. I wouldn't want to go antique on that, but rather find a new Stickley style QSO crib. Easier said than done. I've found a few "Mission" cribs that are close... but not quite. No time to build my own either - I've got a full TO DO list before the stork arrives. I don't think I could afford a Hile Studio crib - but it doesn't matter, 'cause he doesn't make one! Anyone know of a furniture manufacturer that I'm missing?

Congratulations!
Do you like this one? Is it still too expensive?
Just an additional "no" vote for an antique crib. Vintage cribs are now considered unsafe because the space between the slats is too wide.

Pali makes wonderful, well-built, safe cribs. I haven't looked at their line lately, but I'd bet they make a crib that would blend in with the rest of your furnishings. Good luck!

You might try your local woodcraft stores for patterns and see if you can find a local woodworker to make one for you.
Alternatively, many of the more mainstream stores often have (cheap) a&c style stuff for sale. I know when we first started looking at baby stuff (last summer), Penneys had an arts and crafts style crib/toddler bed. Not perhaps as fancy as the other stuff you have, but a crib's not exactly a permanent piece of furniture.

Safety first. A ban placed by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission prohibits drop-side cribs from being sold due to a high number of deaths caused by poor styles and designs. Always take safety into account when you are shopping for a baby crib.
